Attempts to bypass limits, automate abuse, or exploit system resources may result in suspension or termination.
9. Acceptable Use Policy

You remain solely responsible for decisions made using generated outputs.

You represent that you have the legal right to upload or process submitted materials.
You are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws for uploaded content.

All software, branding, trademarks, plugins, AI systems, APIs, designs, documentation, source code, interfaces, content, and related intellectual property remain owned by WebEquipe and/or CodersBucket Ltd.
No ownership rights are transferred to users.

14. Support & Maintenance
Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis during business days and may vary depending on product, subscription, or support level.
We do not guarantee:
- Immediate response times
- Bug resolution deadlines
- Continuous feature development
- Compatibility with all third-party environments
15. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate Services if:
- Terms are violated
- Abuse is detected
- Fraudulent activity occurs
- Payment fails
- Excessive misuse impacts system stability
We reserve the right to remove or restrict access without prior notice where necessary.
16. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebEquipe and CodersBucket Ltd. shall not be liable for:

- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable Service during the previous twelve (12) months.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WebEquipe, CodersBucket Ltd., affiliates, staff, contractors, and partners against claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your misuse of Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of law
- Uploaded or processed content

We are not responsible for:
